Dom Zdrojowy

Obiekt powstał w roku 1910 jako ekskluzywny hotel. Nad wyposażeniem jego wnętrz czuwała księżna Maria Teresa Oliwia Hochberg von Pless, żona księcia Hansa Heinricha XV Hochberga von Pless, pana na zamku Książ i fundatora hotelu.

W Grand Hotelu zatrzymali się m.in. cesarz Niemiec Wilhelm II, król Grecji Konstantyn I i Winston Churchill.

Obiekt wpisany został w roku 2001 do rejestru zabytków Województwa Dolnośląskiego.

The structure was built in 1910 as an exclusive hotel. Princess Maria Teresa Oliwia Hochberg von Pless, wife of Prince Hans Heinrich XV Hochberg von Pless, lord of Książ Castle and founder of the hotel, supervised the furnishings of its interiors.

Among those who stayed at the Grand Hotel were German Emperor Wilhelm II, King Constantine I of Greece and Winston Churchill.

Today the Spa House serves as a sanatorium, and its representative rooms are used for cultural events, as they used to be.

In the interwar years, a twin Grand Hotel modeled on the Szczawien Silesian Manor was built in Sopot.

The building was entered in 2001 in the register of monuments of the Lower Silesian Voivodenship.
